House Overview

This idyllic escape is perfect for families and special occasions, offering ample indoor and outdoor space for the whole group to unwind and relax in ultimate comfort.

The ground floor boasts a spacious open-plan living area, adorned with bespoke furnishings, elegant artwork, and a welcoming ambiance. You can choose from five luxurious air-conditioned bedrooms, four of which are en-suite, and a spacious family bathroom, so you can soak up the sunshine without any worries. Each bedroom is also equipped with air conditioning to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

At Seaside Retreat, your furry friends are also welcome, with a fully enclosed lawn area ensuring their safety as you relax in the hot tub. Private parking, WiFi, two Smart TVs with DVD players, a SONOS sound system, and an iPad are all available for your convenience. The garden area offers a barbecue, outdoor seating, and a garden room with a pool table for some family fun. The bubbling hot tub is the perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine as the sun sets. For those traveling with babies, the property offers two travel cots and high chairs (bring your own bedding) and can also provide bath seats, plug socket guards, microwave bottle sterilisers, and plastic crockery and cutlery upon request.

Living Space

Nestled in the heart of the countryside, our home boasts a spacious and light-filled open plan living area, designed to immerse you in the surrounding natural beauty. With large windows and bi-folding glass doors, you can revel in breathtaking views while basking in the warm glow of the sun. Whether you’re snuggled up on the plush corner sofa, whipping up a mouth-watering meal in the stunning blue kitchen, or enjoying a hearty roast dinner at the dining table, you’ll be able to enjoy the company of loved ones and nature alike. To keep you cozy and warm, the room also features a wood-burning stove in the center.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a La Canche cooker with induction hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine with an Aeroccino milk frother and a selection of pods. The traditional tableware adds a touch of elegance to this stunning kitchen. In the utility room, you’ll find a huge American-style fridge/freezer, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The dining table seats up to twelve guests, providing ample space for a night of wine, good food, and celebrations.

Next to Bedroom 3, you’ll find the spacious family bathroom, complete with a large walk-in shower and a stunning freestanding bath for an indulgent soak.

Each of the other 2 beautifully designed and furnished bedrooms boasts its own modern en-suite, ensuring maximum privacy and convenience for all guests.

Bedroom 2 – The White Room On the first floor, the elegant pink bedroom boasts a super king bed with bespoke fitted wardrobes and triple-aspect windows. Enjoy a pampering experience in the en suite, featuring a walk-in shower and a freestanding bath.

Bedroom 3 – The Woodland Room Located on the ground floor, this serene blue and white bedroom boasts a comfortable super king bed and ample storage. Get ready in style with the pretty dressing table and refresh in the en suite shower room. Large glass doors lead out to the decking for an invigorating breath of fresh air.

Outside

The property is encompassed by verdant lawns and a spacious terrace. The front of the house features a vast, fully-enclosed grassy area that provides a safe and enjoyable environment for children and pets alike. During the summer months, guests can take advantage of the nearby forest and teepee for added excitement and adventure. In addition to the gorgeous scenery, the outdoor amenities include a hot tub, a dining table with chairs, a barbecue for grilling, and a garden room equipped with a pool table.
