Inspired by wild flavours and communal eating, their food journey began over campfires and evolved in secret supper clubs. Eòlach offers a distinctive dining experience for you and your guests, available for any occasion across the UK. Jenny and Verity can provide a tailored menu and team to suit the needs of your wedding, private dinner or bespoke event.
Wedding Catering
The core focus of Eòlach is to honour ingredients and provide delicious, nutritious food for every guest, anywhere. This philosophy of prioritising produce reflects the values of chef Verity and host Jenny. Verity, raised in Glenelg, Scotland, expertly forages for wild fruits, herbal leaves, mushrooms, and sea greens. Her culinary style emphasises seasonality, preparation, and presentation, making her dishes a wedding highlight.
Event Catering
The versatility and enthusiasm offered by Eòlach enable them to deliver in any environment. Guests have previously enjoyed our event catering in lighthouses, on remote retreats, and in castles. Just as they follow a root-to-stem philosophy with their food, Jenny and Verity will be there from the beginning to the end of your event. From menu design to washing dishes, every step is meticulously considered to make your event as delicious and magical as possible.
